Anyone talk to me I'm frustrated right now 

Going through a lot of things probably at my lowest
Don't to what to do or what to say I'm seeing my lover losing interest in me and going with someone new...
It's been only 1 year I overshared overloved overcared...and I got this...I'm not even trying to hold her you know I just want her to be happy and successful... I set her free..
But I don't know why I'm crying why it hurts so bad ;)

Love

So I love this girl so much and I want to be with her . But her not getting time for me is ruining my mental health . I am thinking of breaking up with her but it will hurt so much . Seeing her with some other guy , it it's just hurts so much .

Breakup

After spending almost 26 years on this planet, I get a gf & within 2 weeks I hurt her, when I try to surprise her. I didnt know that my words would hurt her so much, but I did. Her words did hurt me as well, but I had hurt her as well and, she was just retaliating to my words. Now, I don't want to lose her, as I want to marry her, but I am constantly getting bad thoughts of getting dumped even after I know that she loves me. I don't know how to make up for it. Please help me everyone, I love her a lot & dont want to lose her.

It's been 2 years since our break up. But I just don't know why am I still sticking on her no matter how much does she hurt me!

I need a little help... So i've just been in a Relationship a month ago and we've been together for 8months but i'm wondering why she left me... Like i mean i did my very best, I've always done my very best to keep our relationship long, to make her smile, took a good care of her and Hold on for too long to make the relationship stay alive when it seems like she don't have interest anymore like i've done Everything i can but I just one day I woke up saw a Text at my phone from her saying to not contact her anymore, i did contact her for like 20 times that day but she never even answered and since then I've been left with a Question "Did i make a mistake?" "Did i hurt her?" Even till this day... It's just, it hurts alot like I've done my best with everything and just got left without even knowing the reason why. I wish anyone could give me answer here... Thank you in advance.

Anxiety

I'm having a lot of anxiety issue all of a sudden, So i recently broke up a month back and got to a dating app where i found this new girl where we talked for about a week and she seemed pretty interesting in the online conversations, So she asked me out yesterday so i told let's meet tomorrow so we met at a cafe where we spoke about life for 2hrs i guess it felt nice to meet and talk to her, but after that i was back home i had texted her 'Hey' at the night and she was online but she didn't reply i thought she might be busy so I checked in after an hour or so still she was online but no reply so idk why i got a bit sad about that! I don't know why I'm feeling like this or this is even normal, What do you think i should do now?
