I start my day with practicing gratitude and affirmation, followed by mediation and walk where I meet these cheerful dogs🐕.
n enjoy birds chirping while having warm🍋🍯 , just few more mins to water plants 🌱n then m ready to the day

I start my day jumping out of bed, getting ready in 15 min and rushing out the door. I really wish I could have a more relaxing start to the day 😌
