Your life energy is low
Go near nature,roam in parks,lakes,forests
Nature will give you energy

Meditate for 15min everyday,
There are many videos on youtube
I do art of living meditation
Just sit comfortably and listen to the video

Play your favourite song and sing and dance
Initally you will not feel like dancing but slowly you will feel nice
After a week you will feel good ,happy and energetic
