Sometimes when at work, I am stressed about time management, delivering up to expectations, and ensuring work gets done. I burn myself out every day, and by the end of the day I’m just exhausted.
Has this happened to you? How do I start to enjoy my work again?

Live in the present, enjoy the moment’s you have and stop worrying about future. I don’t mean it like you don’t have to plan ahead or something like that, I mean enjoy what you have now. Don’t waste the present by worrying about future.
Even i am having the same feeling from last 1 month.
For me, i made a switch 4 months back.
On weekends, i keep thinking of work. On weekdays, i wait for weekend so that i can do nothing but just sleep whenever i want
