Motivation

Just wanted to empty myself 
I’m a doctor 
My father is a businessman he’s having hypertension problem any mom also has same pblm
I’m a swing market trader and father do invest in market but some days back I was doing trading in fno so he asked me about it and I tell him about it 
Now he’s doing this almost everyday it’s not good for health I tell him to not to do it he isn’t listening 
Idk what to do 🥺🥺

Depression

LMAO my doctor told me I'm losing weight too fast. He said I should only lose one pound/month, which is complete garbage. 5-10 pounds at LEAST. I'm gonna do my best to lose 20 pounds by the end of April. No one is going to stop me until my stomach is concave.

Anorexia

I have creeping social anxiety and it is eating me up. I am hiding away at my home and becoming difficult to function and all bodily patterns getting affected. My studies, my work everything is affected. I can hardly trust people anymore due to previous mental health history. I am at my wits end. 

Mental Illness

It seems like I can't move on from him. Remember there's this guy I met at my University? The one that I have feelings for? We had dinner a couple days ago, it was all nice until today he stopped replying to my texts but he saw my story on social media. What should I do? Forget about him? If yes, how? If not, why?

Tbh, he was showing a good sign while we had dinner and after that as well. He even texted me once he reached home. I'm scared if he doesn't have the same feelings w me. Or he is not comfy w me.

3am Thoughts

Do physical touch like hugs or cuddling really help to reduce the stress level?

Hey! My name is Simran. And right now iny life I don't know what is happening. It's just like everything is drifting apart. My career, my studies, my life, my best frnd, etc . Tbh I don't know what to do. It's just like life is full of fake people. Everybody around me is giving there 100% but expect me. I'm just trying and trying but it's not happening. I don't know what is wrong with me :(

I feel lonely, even if I am with friends also I feel alone and what's more painful is they don't even care, I feel like they don't need me, as I am an introvert I can't talk with everyone and my friend circle is very small and the people I feel as my friends they don't even care about my existence they don't even ask if I am sad or happy, I feel like it is because of me only and may be it's because of my insecurities or am I valuing them more or am I overthinking.
It's hurting that even though I am in a crowd I feel alone
