Some people here suggested me to take help of mental health professional, I am facing many problems. I can’t tell my parents about this they will get panic and increase their problems only, they don’t know I am going through this. Plus our financial condition is not even good due to covid, nor I am getting any job, but I don’t want to be burden anymore.
I searched online but didn’t find a good psychologist/counsellor with less fees, I don’t know what to do now, is there any alternative?

Ya, me too. I have had mental struggles before but I don’t want to be a burden to anyone, especially my family. Whenever I try to search for help online, they will usually suggest me to get professional help, but I am too shy to do that. I took a long time to figure out this, and the thing is that self love is very important. I once thought that this is quite selfish but it is actually very vital because you cannot help others or do anything well without showing yourself some love. Love isn’t about romance or something defined by humans, but it comes from God, and it simply means care, understanding and patience. I think it’s important to understand what you able to do so that you won’t exceed your limit and stress yourself, and to know what your body truly needs to maintain your wellbeing. The last thing is to be patient with changes. Do not be afraid to make mistakes because everyone will make mistakes as well. Do not be afraid of getting help as well because God designed us to communicate and help one another. If you feel like nobody understands you, you should come to God and pray earnestly. With patience, perseverance, faith, hope, love and trust, soon you will understand a lot of things from God. It might take a lot of time, but you have to hang in there no matter what because this is a test of your faithfulness. May God be you and everyone always, hope you will get well soon!πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Hey. So I need a therapist too. But I’m 20 and a student. My family ain’t very supportive. I’ll go to therapy once I start earning. But till then, I do search for a lot of article, and books on how can I heal myself. Try looking for some self-help books or article that target your problems.
