3am Thoughts

Depressed and sad... 
I broke up with a guy few days ago, and I'm not at all doing well.....its too difficult to get out of bed.. To do work, to make Myself motivated...you may say it's not a big deal breaking up, it's not a big deal to forget that person and it's too easy to move on....I'm trying harder to get out of this situation and keep myself motivated but It's not working...I'm not eating properly, not because I don't want to eat it's just I'm not eating because it's tough to eat, it's tough to take bath, it tough to talk to anyone, it's too tough to do anything.....I am totally aware of my situation but it's too difficult to implement.... I'm not feeling well,i don't feel like smiling,i don't feel like taking care of myself, I'm trying  harder but I'm not overcoming.....i don't know how to make you all understand of my situation but it's difficult...i don't want to live like this.. I want to get out this situation.... I don't deserve this.... Please help... :(

Acquaintance

I don't get myself ..my head is spinning.budgets are killing me rent is due .no hope ..my house will be closed.mybhead has a million thoughts none is solved.. I can't express anything to anyone.i want to ask friends for help but I don't want to see the disappointment from them..it fucks with me

Adulting

 I know I'm depressed cause depression never left me, it just one thing happens then I start to get anxious, frustrated and then i overthink, flashbacks comes, then i have self doubts and then it leads to anxiety, panic attacks and mood swings. On the peak of that I cry like anything and even then thoughts won't stop coming in my mind i have trouble sleeping due to all the shit I am unable to focus on anything atlast i get angry and tb i feel like giving up on everything to leave everything behind I curse myself n everyone around me maybe I'm turning into a bad person and at last when I feel so help less than i feel like dying .

Anxiety

i dont even know how to feel anymore. i recentl found out i have ocd and its been eating me up ever since. ocd is something ive struggled with ever since i was a kid and i never knew what it was, always thinking it was a part of my imagination and that it would get better when it only got worse. im now 15 and i can sadly say that up until this age ive never had anybody to talk to about my struggles, always locking it all up inside me and the internet being my only source of comfort.

its just that ive never thought myself worthy of anyhting, always being selfless and putting other peoples needs before mine, caring way too much about what they think, about what they feel.
but i really want to get some sort of treatment for this, because i think im slowly losing it, and funnily enough everytime i try to open up about my struggles to someone, whatever i say always gets disregarded and i end up being called selfish.

i really dont want to worry anyone about this but i just thought opening up about this might help ease my worries just a bit :)

Mental Health

I feel like I am drowning underwater. I just cannot do this anymore and I cannot continue like this anymore. My overwhelming thoughts and worries about Meredith has taken over me completely. ￼￼

I just need a place to be and let go. Feeling weird but okay at the same time.
