So this is a weird habit of mine. Whenever i am sad, distressed, i turn to talking to this guy whom i know is not good for me to say even toxic. But I still end up talking. How do i avoid that?

There are going to be soo many things you wouldn’t be able to resist in your life . Learn it before or else life will teach you the hard way and trust me it’s awful. I learnt it the hard way , hope you don’t make the same mistake.
