So the day is finally coming to an end.Reading book, exercising,limiting exposure time to Instagram probably going to help as I’m slightly less irritated during the whole day.Mood was also good.Did some small talks as well.

I don’t know why during past few weeks I was getting detached from most people,getting irritated even seeing some of my colleagues (I really didn’t like their actions and irritated how messy they are making the work place ),mood was also off during the whole office time.

Heey … It’s okkk. It’s normal. It’s just a phase, you will surely pass that. You are stronger than you think you are. Just try to be positive.

I am also considering it as a phase,so let’s see if my methods works or not.In the mean time any tips would be appreciated.Thinking positivity all the time is really not working you know.Sometimes it feels like I should just shut off my thinking.As there’s always something bad happening around you know,be it’s the social media,or the news channel or people that would trigger the mood off

Umm…you can try listening to soft music, meditate, divert your mind into something you like, explore something, travel I guess
