so i need some solutions like if u knw abt frenulum breve ig my penis head is attached to foreskin that google says it should have loosen till the age of 10 but i’m 19 and it’s still tight and when i get erection like fully hard due to this frenulum my head gets bend like it won’t let it get more stretched and i feel pain lil bit coz that frenulum doesn’t let the foreskin go abt the base so i need some suggestions like what should do

Bro try some exercises. I tried it too and it helped me a lot. You have to do these exercises for about 15 days and stretch the skin afterwards too otherwise it will be same again.
