so I met this creepy friend today she was a scammer total scammer she literally called me because she had none to talk she kinda used me but still I didn’t know at that time so I said everything about me but I’m kinda scared now she might be using me how can I stop slipping everything how can I stop that?? plzz help me!

Don’t worry what happened has happened don’t stress it and I don’t think you should be scared as she can’t really use that on you and if she did why would it matter that is who you are and you should not be insecure about it and just try not to talk to anyone about everything about you just say wbat you feel is normal for every one to now.

It’s easier said than done but try to work on it step by step like minimise what you say little by little until you can contrkl what you say.

As in maybe talk about your hobbies , the things you like / love maybe talk about your favorite cat or dog if you have one and try to stop talking about your personal life with anyone and focus on the topics that are interesting but at the same time out of your personal life if you understand what I mean.
