so i found out today more like noticed that i get tooo much angry at things not like small things only but for everything i get too much angry and maybe i have anger issues but when ever i get angry i want it out i want energy out so i would hit or break things or when im not able to do it i would cry it out a little and hurt myself with my nails or something like scratch myself :(

I k the feelings nd than I hurt everyone nd feel like i m the problem but than i work on my self nd remove toxic friend nd train my mind to not expect to much from nyone nd after long time i feel much better nd I can control my enger issues 😀 so. Listen find a reason but do not hurt ur self if u r right nd no one try to understand chill that’s not our prblm but dont hurt ur self so find reason nd try to fix itt I k u gonna be oky belive ur self!! 😀

Acknowledging and being able to put a name to an emotion is a good start…
Now that you know you have trouble with your anger… everytime you start to get angry… do a little self-talk and challenge yourself not do do what you normally would have done i.e. break things etc
