So, i am having fluctuating moods and i dont know why. I was happy in the morning and then all of a sudden, i dont want to talk to anyone, just stay confined within myself. I then saw a girl-beautiful to eyes and i got in the cycle of self doubt like i am ugly n shit. Day carried on , during lunch i was laughing, chatting with people. Then i saw that a girl(previously was romantically interested in him) replied to his whatsapp status. Nothing more than that. They both reply to status’. But that some how triggered me and i am now mad at my boyfriend. He kept saying thay he did not initiate any text which is true but i am still mad about it. Help me sort my feelings guys

Relax, it’s quiet common nowadays. We are surrounded by so many impulsive things that our brain has now developed a habit of getting ki cked again and again. And when it doesn’t get to that level we feel sad.

It’s not just about dopamine but also serotonin and norepinephrine and many more chemicals in your brain which regulate your mood.
Our day to day activity on Social media and also in physical world has all its effect on our mood because they somehow alter the level of these chemicals.

I don’t know anything about your routine but
As you said you face fluctuations in your mood maybe it’s due to the effect of the type of content you consume or maybe you have a negative perspective of your situation. As you said you felt jealous of someone’s beauty and then of someone’s relationship.
Maybe you have biased yourself into believing that everyone else is having a better and happier life based on what you see around yourself. And all these things are affecting your mood and emotions.

You may think that I am wrong about you ( and maybe I am)
But you have your own choice

Either you reflect on your situation rationally and come up with a solution to the problems you face or just dwell in emotions.

I don’t mean to criticize or judge you but just to put forward my perspective. You can disagree with anything I said.

And remember everything in this world is temporary may it be happiness or sadness or anything. So don’t take too much stress just go with the flowww…

Hey ,listen i kind of know this feeling, insecurity inside us is like a parasite it kill you and people around you little by little without even you knowing .
I’m not saying you should not aware of truths of you life but even they are sad and make you feel inferior you have to accept them in journey to win .
