so… Here i am with another problem of mine.
So, today i was having a conversation with my dad and he some joking way raised his voice saying, YOU ARE ALWAYS ON YOUR PHONE.
SO, i got a little (actually a lot) offended and i also raised my voice saying, “humare generation me saare kaam phone par hi hote hain.”
And after 4-5 hours, I had a rough argument with my mother and she said that " Go to the doctor, you’re turning into a maniac. you are always shouting in and around the house. Are we supposed to here that thing. No we are not"

I didnt meant to shout, it just came out of me. Like my parents keep saying “tum humesha ohone pr rehti ho”
Arey, I m a 3rd year BSc student, jiski online classes ki saari khabar uss PHONE par hi aati hain. We all have to check our groups frequently seeing whether there is any change is today’s lecture schedule or is there any new assignment.

But, sachme main nahi chahti thi chillana. It just happened .
And then i realized that, yeh frequently ho raha. So, i started asking questions to myself that " Am i having anger issues?" “Should i go for some help?”
Suggest me something.!
I am stressing out.

Trust me, i kept things bottled up for a long time and now I can’t tolerate anything stupid, someone says to me, but u probably shouldn’t yell at ur parents they love u, and no I don’t think u r having anger issues, its natural to get angry when someone says things like that

It’s pretty normal. Happen w me too. We just need to see from their eyes too. I know it’s not easy, but try to control as much as you can.

ik its not easy. But these prejudices… like hum phone pr sirf facebook, ya whatsapp hi nahi chalate hain.!!

Heya! Firstly, I want you to know that I understand you must have been overwhelmed and you did not mean to shout. Kabhi kabhi hum chillate hain kyunki humaare andar already itna kuchh hai ki kuchh cheezein nikalna zaroori ho jata hai. And I’m also a third year BSc student, so I know all too well that even if we want to get away from the phone, we can’t. It is frustrating, draining, and makes you wanna scream, and it is only natural to feel like a pressure cooker about to go off.

As for getting help, there’s no set magnitude or limit above or below which it is invalid or necessary. If you think you can manage, more power to you! But if talking to a professional will help, you should definitely talk, and even then, more power to you!

Talking to someone might help even, especially in an environment which is non judgemental and with a person who is trained to help you deal with your problems. And it is completely okay to feel what you’re feeling. These are uncertain times, and everyone must have an anchor to keep them from going off the handle.

Hey, if you ever feel like you are gonna burst, go for a run. Just, run. The feeling which you get is that of a lot of energy waiting to be dissipated… channelize it out through physical activity and it might not make you feel better right away, but it will make your breathing easier. Once you’re not so overwhelmed anymore, you can figure out what to do next
Talk to someone you trust enough to know that they won’t butt in with unnecessary remarks, but just listen to you. That will help you loads, too😊
