So confused right now ,so much work and I am feeling so lazy no motivation to work I don’t feel to do anything. Inside, my heart is crying, mouth is dry and my hands are sweating. I wish I could cry but I couldn’t something is choking in my throat, dam nervous.

Go to sleep and think about it tomorrow. Maybe you need rest and free from all these worries.

I am so sorry this is the story of my everyday. I want to find the solution for it please help me, if you can. to do it right now today because the next morning I want to wake up with no questions but a definite solution for my queries

Sorry for the late reply. There is no definite answer because what I do doesn’t necessarily mean will help you as well but you can try.

1. Motivation-read quotes, follow people on SM, develop the habit of acknowledging your small milestones rather than only big ones. Say to yourself ‘I’m good at it, can do it even if it takes longer than expected and I’ll’. After a point, you’ll accept and your sub-conscious will start doing that too. Follow- Ankur Warikoo (he has some good content)

2. It’s because of your daily schedule and the same work-life. Make a schedule for yourself and divide time. After everything devote time for what you like. Write down your day whether good or bad. Talk to friends. Tell them about it if not writing down. Watch good videos to make you laugh. Sleep saying tomorrow will be a good day and sleep worry less. Say “kal ki kal dekhenge abhi aaram see maze karte hai, kal kisne dekha hai”.

3. When you feel down or at your worst remember “everything happens for a reason”. I believe the same and if it makes any better I have seen many downs for the past 2 years but still know something will come my way because I worked enough to deserve that and “good things take time”.
