So basically I have a huge crush on my brothers friend. And I am actually trying to get over it because I don’t think he likes me in that way and sometimes I get hurt. This is soooo hard because I met him very often, and when we sleep next to each other we hug and sleep , so this all makes it very hard. And the worst part is he is very very close to my cousin sister and I feel he likes her more than me , like in terms of friendship. I know him for more than 7 years and they know each other for less than 2 years , it hurts. So like I am really trying to forget him but it’s sooo hard. I try ignoring him and inside that’s killing me. I really dont know what to do.

Hey, are you close enough with your brother to tell your feelings tim ? If yes, reach him out and tell this to him, as he is your crush’s friend, he would know him very well. He would help you sort everything out. Otherwise you may even talk to your cousin with whom you think he’s good friends. If there is nobody you can talk to, directly talk to your crush and confess your feelings. We assume a lot and think a lot before approaching men we like, but they don’t do this, had it been him in place of you, he would have confessed very early.
