Since past few days i am feeling fearful and anxious when i woke up. I want to come out of this feeling as it is affecting me a lot. Can someone help me out please???

Hey, I understand! Take a few deep breaths atm. I believe it will help!
Try asking yourself what is making you fearful and yeah be with family and friends and loved ones it will be better
but if you still feel anxious over a period of time you can consider talking to an expert

yeah m feeling it from many days… some days m happy and some days i feel like this. Dont know what is happening in me. can you suggest as to where or whom should i contact
