Should girls  stop talking to  guy friends after marriage ? What are your thoughts on this?


I don't think so... If he is a good friend not for a sake friend than you shouldn't abandon talking to him.. But i think in a limit though don't  share your private matters anymore..

Sometimes life clobbers us across the head and knocks us down we feel like we are in the dark zone of our life and that's true we are ,BUT we have to ask ourselves what can we do to get out from this mess ?.because these moments will define our life , guys this is what i thought today , that i am going work harder and think how can I make my life better, how can I be happy? What can I do to make myself be worthy?. I am going to try to control  my emotions I know that right now I am saying this, but this will be damn hard !. But i proud of myself for not giving up , for looking for ways to surmount these hardships!. I am going to use my pain as a fuel to keep going !. I can get through and i will , I won't be here the same time next year !.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the people here who encouraged me to feel better , you all are the part of my journey! And last but not least i should thank my own self for not giving up , and i can see a future version of me who has happy tears falling on her face and thanking me for taking this step !. ✨💫

3am Thoughts

Whenever I try to speak for myself In front of my parents, I don't know why I'll start crying and they will think that it's all my fault I am the wrong one, but that's not correct, they'll assume things and situations in their point of view, why don't they give us a chance to explain.

Anxiety

I should study but idk why I don’t. I am choosing not to study and I am 100% sure that I am going to regret it. I am not even doing anything. Just lying on the bed unnecessarily.

Feeling pretty bad. I lashed out on my mother. We are moving out of our apartment, and it’s been very stressful. I haven’t been in the best state of mind these past months due to unemployment, weight gain, and not meeting new people. 
Usually my family always supports me and I support them in their problems. However, it always feels like I’m always supporting everyone a bit more. My mom can be a bit perfectionist and gets very nit picky about anything. We seem to have different views on certain things in the house. It irks me and I typically try to hide it by just staying quiet. However she knows that I get upset and always questions why I get upset. It eventually leads to us fighting verbally and I always feel like the jackass. I told her that she is the reason why I’m always getting angry. And that I only get like this when I’m living with her. 

I know this isn’t the reason for my anger, I’m frustrated on the other aspects of my life and this is just a way to funnel it out.
Just thought I’d share. 

Lost 
It's really hard to find the words for what I'm feeling right now. It seems that I'm really alone in this world. 
After I graduate this month, all of my friends will move away to go to university. These were the first friends I ever made. Because of my social anxiety it's very hard for me to do so and I'm sure that I'm going to be on my own once again. 
I live with my mom, my dad lives in another state, they seperated when I was 11/12. When I was a kid my mom used to be very abused, beat me up, told me she should have drowned me and so on. I'm not allowed to live with my dad because his custody was taken away in court for some shit he has done. 
I'm not talking to my mom alot now because she tramatized me alot and it's very hard for me to even be in the same room as her, let alone talk to her. My mom is very sick and even tho I was never on good terms with her it pains me that she i expected to die within the next 1-3 years. What makes it worse is that my relationship with my mom cannot be fixed and all I can do is watch her die instead of spending time with her. I feel so incredibly guilty, shes my mom after all. But after what she has done to me i can't bear even looking her in the eyes.
I've been in therapy since I was 13, I'm 19 now. My thearpist told me he can't help me multilple times now and the pain just doesn't seem to ever go away. 
Soon I will be alone all over again and with even more to loose it will be worse than it ever was before.
