She was my employee, now she has shifted to a new job at a different place but i actually like her & felt the same from her end but as i was her employer i kept everything professional but now as she had shifted to another company should i approach her? Also, i am not confident about if she was giving those signals(mostly eye contacts) because of my position.

I think you should go and talk to her. Get a little friendly and then ask her out. Don’t give up on this as she’s not your employee anymore and you’re certainly interested in her.

You should talk to her. Ask her where she is, how she’s doing, just a general conversation breaker and see where things go.

It's been nearly 2.5 years since my first breakup, but I have still not been able to get-over my feelings for her completely. I dated another woman after her but that relationship didn't last long. Honestly speaking, I totally forgot about my first relationship during the latter relationship. But recently, I crossed paths with my first girl, and it's been difficult emotionally since then. A spurt of past emotions have enveloped me again.
More often than occasionally, a sense of loneliness haunts me. I feel that I am plagued with a constant desire for a partner and this syndrome has taken a toll on my academic performance. I desperately wish I could get over this problem.

I'm struggling, broke up with my 3 months ago now and i was starting to believe i was getting there but for some reason this past week i can't seem to shake the thought of her. I've come back to uni to the place where we had all our memories and i thought it would heal me. If anything I feel even more disconnected from the world. I just miss the friendship we had we were so close and it went so quickly and i was left alone to pick up the pieces. I'm just at a bit of a loss really. 

Breakup

I have been in 6 year long relationship. Lately our relationship has been going through a turbulent period. However both me and my partner are doing our best to survive this storm. 

However in the last one month I have come to a realisation that she has been seeing someone at the gym. How I came to know and how am i so sure? Because for the last 3 months she has been suddenly keen on spending more time outside than with me. The post work talks have now become monotonous with her constantly being on phone. Earlier her work travels used to be only once a month now it has increased to thrice a week. My trust broke when I saw her the other day in a Starbucks. The one which is almost 10 kms away from my place hanging out with this guy happy and cheerful. One part of me wants to confront her so that I can peacefully move away. The other part is that I don’t know what to do with the ring that I had bought for her. I was mustering up the courage to ask her to marry me but never knew that it was me who would be shocked. I was happy in my bubble so not sure I am mentally prepared for the fights/breakup/heartbreak that may follow…everything feels so dark

Frustration

Hey strangers,
I wanted to share something happened to back two weeks ago. It’s always a similar story to every guy here but lemme try to put in a way maybe it sounds interesting? I hope it is.
Being an emotional fool I got attached to this girl in my bachelors and of course she just saw me as a best friend even though I knew the outcomes of my feelings I confessed and got it out my chest. But what I did was I stayed with her as a friend and our friendship developed. It had everything in it ups and down. She falling for someone and I becoming a psychopath for months and not talking to her. Then decided to give up on emotions, relationships etc and focus my career and my closest friends and I started to talk to her again. And then during covid was the best period we spent our time studying together online and we were there for each other ever moments and it felt nice. We spent the new year together online. And celebrate each other birthdays and shared our dreams of going to Europe for higher studies. Then we did it we are in Europe. I am studying in Italy and she’s in Belgium. But we haven’t met for years it has been like two and half years I met her and we finally decided to meet her in Paris. So we decided a trip after our exams. Before we met the day night she was asking about stuffs like something I never told her or something you are feared to say. So I casually told her that I won’t able to feel for someone else like I felt before. I indirectly told it was about you how I felt before L. She got that and she didn’t speak until we met. We finally met in Paris and it felt so good and I was so freaking happy to see her. Then that night we went to drinks and she confessed that she has feelings for me and man that felt like heaven and even till this day I can’t believe but unfortunately we are separated now.  It lasted for a month and now it feels like all gone and lost. The trust I had for her was gone in a second and the years took to build the friendship it was taken away. The one person I never meant lose was lost. Why is it so unfair?
