Im feeling sad. The girl i love is unable to speak to me right now due to family reasons and i cant help but overthink the situation, that she’s gonna leave and forget about me. I dont know how to distract myself from this, i keep thinking about it and i make it worse for myself.

for context i had a friend for 3 years, i always had that feeling that i loved her but i just didnt care about it i guess, after i changed to another school and we stopped talking, i guess we really only understand that we really care for something after we lose it.

I just cant stop thinking about her, everytime i get a notification i hope its her, everywhere i go i hoper i see her. I try forgetting about her, sometimes i do, only to end up thinking about her again. i also was with someone else last year thinking it would help, only to be awake at night wishing it was her laying beside me, we stopped seeing each other, and i dont think about it anymore, after 5 years and a break up its only her i think about. i was just stupid to let her go. i never told anyone about this, today i found this site and saw an oppurtunity to say it. whoever reads this, i honestly dont know what there is to reply to this, i just wanted to let it out, thanks.
