such a bad day😖

I had to get my blood taken for some tests at the hospital today but if didn't work out and I'm crying. I'm scared of needles. I sat down mildly in panic but when the lady inserted the needle I was relaxed not completely but enough to not faint completely. apparently it wasn't enough as she told me my vein disappeared and blood wasn't coming out because I was too stiff. I told her to take it out so we can wait a little so I can relax more but she didn't listen and kept trying and it hurt so much I fainted. they carried me to the couch and when I woke up quickly after glad it was finally over, they told me they didn't get any blood. and told me to try again when I'm calm. I almost cried in front of everyone there is no way I could be calmer than I was at the start. so I left. the thing they were going to test for wasn't important too. my arm still hurts a lot and it's already a bit purplish and it'll be worse tomorrow. I don't know how to handle this or if I can give blood the next time. there's no way I can run away like this all the time, will I have to faint everytime? I'm scared.
