Sending out positive vibes and energy when you yourself are so broken, why do you do it? Thinking people will love u more? How does it matter? Yes making someones day with a small compliment or a joke might seem like a nice gesture but… will they remember that? Or will they end up being sad again by the end of the day? So is your effort a waste? Should you be back to the depths of your despair where there’s no pity no happiness just blackness. Hollow. Numb. Dry. Done.
Kindness and loving-ness is an endless vessel. You have to continue to give more to see more or it seems to disappear if the momentum stops.
The river isn’t concerned if the sea is limitless. It still gives and out if its giving life surrounds it.
I guess we find it hard to love ourself more because we can sense that we have no control.

And effort isn’t a waste. It’s the intention behind them that counts. Your voice matters. Your victories over your problems is a beacon of hope for someone who is experiencing the same. Its the small moments and little kind thoughts that counts because only this moment is real.
What is bothering you now? Just because you asked this question I can sense that you have a capacity to give beyond your wildest dreams. We are drawn to what we envy or resist. We envy or resist due to our self l-doubt. So giving love is in the cards for you. Dont sell yourself short so soon and easily.
