Scars on a man are like makeup on a woman.

The only difference is, 

when a woman lies in bed, the makeup washes away, 

and when a man lies in bed, his scars are revealed.

Of all the scars on my heart none of them were from enemies.

3am Thoughts

"Insecure again?"
She took a glance through mirror
And looked away
And the voice in her head started to get louder
And louder 
Closing her eyes
She stripped off her clothes
One by one.
"THE SCARS, THE SCARS"
The voice echoed in her ears louder than ever.
Finding the courage to look in the mirror again,
She failed...
More miserably than the last time.

Body image

I think I will cut again, It been some time since I last did so but I feel so stressed and irritated, I can´t deal with this pressure. I want to feel something other than stress right now, I keep tugging on my hair so I can feel the pain but it is not enough.

So when I get strong emotions I tend to scratch myself without realizing it or I do it bc of the urge to do so.
Anybody know how to get myself to stop?
Also, how to I treat the scratch? I have a mark on my arm and I don't want anybody to get worried.

I have this strong strong urge to hurt myself. Like a cut soo deep that the blood doesn't stop flowing and this pain and overcomes the pain from my past which was very brutally brought in front my none other than my mother... I haven't had this urge before not in my 22 years of not perfect life.. I know people cut all the time its nothing new but its first for me.. I'll go with it.. Just wanted to say it out loud 

My dad found out about old cuts I did on my foot…
