Hey, try it on your knees like me. I can’t do any normal push-ups yet so I get on my knees and put my whole weight on my arms. It’s still a little hard but easier than a normal one :). And sit-ups are easier if you block your feet with someone/something ^^ But I’m sure you can do it!

Its definitely a good start just have to progress little by little and keep disciplined and soon enough you will be doing them with ease
