Right now I am at the crossroads in my career, what I used to do before I don’t want to continue anymore, I want to dedicate my Life towards my passion, so if anyone has a well established career in food business or even remotely related to it, kindly advise me as to how should I proceed, I am a 29 yrs old woman and total beginner.
What should be my first step , where should I learn the skills or should I enroll in a course?

I don’t have any expertise in food business but what I want to share with you is that following and working towards your passion is the best that you can do for yourself. I used to hate my job and one day decided to quit to follow my passion i.e. graphic design. I know it’s really tough to get started from scratch but if you genuinely love something, you’ll figure a way out eventually.
One advice I would like to give is never give up on your dreams. You don’t want to be 60 yrs old one day and then regret that you never tried <3
Thank u so much, I am posting here as I don’t have any support from anyone, and I am tired of being exasperated with my job, I will leave no stone unturned to follow my passion ,I just have to learn some skills ,and for that I am ready to work for free under any chef ,so that I can enhance it.

I truly believe that you are an amazing human being. There will be parts in your journey when you would feel like giving up and that you are not good enough. Just remember that it’s all part of the process. Success doesn’t come overnight, one has to earn it ❤️

*When you say food buisness- you wnna go into Kitchen dept or the f&b service or both.
*Saw in one of ur comments you want to be a chef; then also in some big 5star, ur own, or some middle level. Even as chef, we have different dept. basis of cuisine.
