Cricket on TV makes me reminisce
About the days of bliss
When I would head to the field and set the pitches
When I would play till dusk with my mates and stitches
When I would bowl countless overs with no complaints
When I was unaware of depression and anxiety's restraints
I was lively and active!!

But depression and anxiety were reactive
They drained me of my spirit and zeal
They made me feel like I don't belong here!!

My poem on cricket, It was huge part of my life and I miss those days of playing. I miss being in the ground. 😔

Self Love

So from few days I have been getting flashbacks of my childhood trauma. Abusive family, mom being tortured, not getting enough attention, sexual assault, family not being supportive. So I tried taking an online test to see my mental health based on my childhood and i clicked on yes for every question and cried my heart out. I always thought it's in the past , who cares but feels like it's coming back to haunt me. I feel like whatever mistakes I make today it's because of my childhood. I purely blame my family. I love them but they have ruined me. Never in my sane mind I have shared all this with anyone.. Don't know what else to do so writing it here at 4am. 

The main aim of education is all-around development, i.e. physical development, mental development, spiritual development, social development, political development, technological development, economic development, etc. Education and development are two sides of the same coin. Many ancient Indian scripts are available to deal with mental health issues for the well-being of all human beings. Bhagavad Gita is the most prominent ancient Indian script which talks about all aspects of the mental health of human beings.
