U are lucky that u have these few symptoms.
Don’t worry too much. Start your prescribed medication and take precautions.
You will be fine.
In this disease mind possitivty pays very important role in recovery. So try to stay good.

By that time chill in isolation. Call people. Old friends, cousins. Whatch random vedios, tv series, cartoons you use to love when u were child… Do what ever you feel like… If u see u have so much of freedom…

Hey first thing… do not panic… the moment you panic, you amplify the stress hormones which tell your cells that the war is lost even before the cells fight the war against the virus. Panic and stress can worsen the case (for no good reasons)
So take 3 deep breaths… relax.

I am sure you must have consulted your doctor and have started the medications. If you do not have any medical conditions like diabetes, heart related issues, etc. then you don’t worry at all. You will survive this very well on your own.
I hope you have isolated yourself immediately. You need to do that for next 2-3 weeks so that you do not spread the disease. Take steam 2-3 times a day and gargle twice a day with salt water. This will help to stop the escalation of the virus.
Drink lot of water and eat healthy food. Sleep a lot. Your body needs sleep to fight the virus while you are in relaxed mode.
Keep tracking your temperature, oxygen level and pulse level at least twice a day & keep your doctor informed of your health.

My husband got covid 2 weeks back & all the above advised were followed. Thanks to God & the doctor, he is recovering well. Covid is not bigger than us. You can fight this. You are strong.
