Procrastination is a way if delaying or postponing a task. All of us at some point of time have hated our habit of Procrastination. I have delayed a lot of work due to this habit and in turn have not given my 100% and regretted it later.
But eventually there was a time when i wanted to overcome this habit of mine. To do this, i made up my time table for the day. In starting i scheduled a minimal amount of work to be done and then gradually increased it day by day. I think knowing the importance of the work you are doing is very important to overcome Procrastination. Also i had to discipline myself a lot . I kept myself away from all the distractions.
At first it was very difficult. But where there is a will , there is a way.
