Overthinking is slowly destroying my mental peace and increasing stress. I do not even find comfort in the things that I used to love earlier. Can’t even focus on my work. I clearly remember the incident which led me into anxiety and now & then get flashbacks of the same. I do not know how should I stop my past from affecting my present.
