Its a simple task. Writing journal . Thay way we dont depend on others for stuff. Plus spend more time offline than online. Just do this thing (take break from one of your social media apps) and do something productive during that time, it could be as simple as reqding a book, or sleeping or helping mom or sitting outside. It has helped me more . I dont rely on people for social interaction and sharing of stuff. I have felt more content with my own self and it keeps growing
