(Not posted at 3 am. I thought this tag was appropriate.) I don't understand why the world treats anything black as bad and anything white as good. For example, black cats are regarded as a sign of bad luck (in the west) while white cats aren't. The black in the yin yang orb is associated with evil, among other things. Black magic is regarded as evil.

When it comes to thinking, I've realized how often I've been doing a certain action in my mind/head. I worry too much about the other person. When really, I don't know if it's that big of a deal. I happen to think about them then images starts to pop into my mind. I don't know the whole thing on how it works. But if it's okay, then I guess I shouldn't worry about it. If it happens it happens. Yeah I don't know. If anyone knows about this, I would like to know your input. I don't want to bother anyone. I get zapped way too much too.

Why are you on this app?? 
I find myself googling things like "I am lonely" or "I have no one to talk to". This app came up a few times so I decided to give it a try. I have friends, a fianace and family. However literally no one in my life wants to talk about my feelings with me nor does anyone really care. I mean, we talk about basic feelings but I think the people in my life fail to realize that I do suffer from anxiety and depression. Sometimes I need a little extra support and I NEED to talk about how I feel in order not to go down a dark hole. I don't blame the people in my life, my mental disorders isn't their problem but I long for someone to care more. Anyone else in the same boat? Or a similar boat? I just feel so alone on this...

Lonely

Today it's my boyfriends birthday and I don't what's going  on we had an argument last month and still he didn't  realise what was wrong, from that day we didn't spoke with each other. He tried to spoke with me but still he didn't   knew his mistake. Even I tried to spoke clearly about his mistake,but I think he didn't  got what I was trying to say . I tried to cool down  my anger and by keeping  my ego aside I wished him I don't  know how he felt. But later on I tried to call him he didn't  answered but after that I heared he's busy on another call after that I called onemore time but up to now he didn't even texted or called..... He was the most  closet person with whom I shared my days, memories, he never behaved  like that....
It's like,  now there's no one around  me with whom  I can actually  share my emotions. I don't  know what to do? 
To avoid all my emotions I spend my day with my family but whenever  that thought  comes in my mind it broke me into tears... 
 Did anyone felt pain within your body, it's not like exact pain but it hits u so different. Its exactly  felt near sternum, specially when your love ones hurt you. It's so hard to describe......
