If you think you are boring, then yes. Be confident. That is what sells the conversation, be confident about being smart or funny. Showing confidence is easy over text if you just keeping mentioning it but then again there is a fine line between cocky and confident and you can dance around it with humour. Just don’t be dumb, nobody actually like the airheads. Read, learn, educate. Have actual opinions about real world stuff, and now you have bought time to actually not be dumb and boring under this facade(now you can go and actually read and learn how to talk)
