neighbours just act like watchmen sometimes and this is very intruding and irritating

Ohh god so reletable, even i have a aunt in my neighbor and she can be seen anytime stalking like a camera. That sometimes make me feel doesn't she have any other job to do. I don't know may be she likes it that way ....u know to see the society issues all time standing in a balcony.

I can feel you. Neighbours keep watching us and have an eye here all the time. Especially aunts, they act as a camera and keep a watch on all of us. It's really irritating for everyone and intruding too. I know many people around me who's like this. 
The thing is ignore them.

I'm 16 and studying 
Life is falling apart and I cannot hold it .
I feel overwhelmed and this feeling is not letting me to do anything  I feel sad inside the four walls of my room and when I'm outside everyone thinks it living the best life but in reality its exact opposite my life is mess so am I and I even tried doing suicide.  And I get panic attacks like once in a year or so before but now I m anxious and I got panic attack In college while sir was teaching went libary and cried so hard was shaking . Went to seek help to therpaist said i was fine and bla bla and I dont feel like going again was diagnosed with SAD . And when I'm inside my room I cry  scream the constant feeling of emptiness is slowlingvkilling my all will to live .I have no confidence these days I feel like loser and idek I hate those panic attacks they are so scary .  I think this is the result of my childhood traumas idek can someone actually give me suggestion and I'm planning to visit pyschatrist soon and wont open up but will surely ask for medication.  And also I started foregting things in instant and I havent watched movies in a year because ei cant concentrate and can read book idek it's weird people watch movies cant read book but me that's all thankyou..
