Neighbours Dog Problems

Hiya everyone! We had new neighbours move into our colony or more precisely next to us. Even though it’s a residential property they are planning on using it for commercial activities. Setting aside that bullshit - they plan to sell pups as well and the pups they brought in yesterday have been barking literally 24/7. What can I do? Please suggest legal avenues. I’m based in Hyderabad incase there are state specific laws/lawyers you can suggest for this kind of bullshit!

This is getting out of hand and am so irritated with no proper sleep since yesterday!!
