How lively it is watching kids play in the park. Just feels like they are the ones living in the moment. Swinging freely, running robustly, playing with friends and doing anything and everything without giving a damn. 
How come when you grow up you forget about all of it. Seems like we just forget how to live in the present. It hardly comes naturally. One has to really push themselves to stay in the present. 
Do we really have to take life so seriously that we forget what fun/Joy actually is!
Ofcourse as adults there are responsibilities but navigating our way towards creating a balance and understanding how to enjoy life while fulfilling our responsibilities is really important.
