Mine was bad when I was preparing for entrance like at 3 am I slept and then woke up at 8 am
after exam I am like chiiiillll I sleep at 11 wake up at 9 lol
U just need to keep ur schedule fixed just sleep at 11 for 3 days and then body clock will set you up automatically 💓
