My sister and I were talking today about vulnerabilities and then she said that I won’t ever know true friendship because I do not allow myself to be truly vulnerable with another person. Then she said, that while I have plenty of people in my life and I love them, I don’t really need anyone. And then I realized that I had nothing to say to her. Now I dont know how to feel about that.

Whatever, assume you’re a book, the book is only for you, no-one should read it, its your life. If you fell for their wish telling you’re secrets or about you.
You volunteerly giving your control to them.
Live for yourself. The secrets should be burried in yourself within mind.
