My self esteem has gone down since my break up. Whatever i used to appreciate in myself I can’t now. I have started criticising myself. I’m trying to not be so tough on myself but I can’t stop. It’s like doing this to myself to make sense of everything that’s going on.

It feels like that I know how it feels when something goes wrong in such a way that you can’t do anything then you feel like it’s all cuz if me…but stay patient …think of your loved ones and friends this time shall too pass one day and you will be very happy once again…
