my night routine
These nights when itβs 10 pm, my phone will alert me and it automatically goes to window shut down which means the whole screen goes grey.
So I tell myself, βOk Ok another 5 more minutesβ and I end up scrolling Instagram for 30min more.
Finally, after another 30min, I take my dinner by binge-watching some series (currently Harry-potter)
After finishing my dinner I go upstairs and walk for 30min by plugging in my earphones, then I sit thereby doing nothing, I just feel the breeze
Then, I come down and do whatever needs to be done and I switch off my lights go to sleep
Thatβs how my night routine has been since 7 months
Typing this out now, I am already starting to feel sleepy.
