my night routine
These nights when it’s 10 pm, my phone will alert me and it automatically goes to window shut down which means the whole screen goes grey.

So I tell myself, β€œOk Ok another 5 more minutes” and I end up scrolling Instagram for 30min more.

Finally, after another 30min, I take my dinner by binge-watching some series (currently Harry-potter)

After finishing my dinner I go upstairs and walk for 30min by plugging in my earphones, then I sit thereby doing nothing, I just feel the breeze
Then, I come down and do whatever needs to be done and I switch off my lights go to sleep
That’s how my night routine has been since 7 months

Typing this out now, I am already starting to feel sleepy.
