i feel the same way. my mom has called me fat in so many ways, she’s always shouting on me, on even small things.
ive started ignoring her now. ek kaan se sunke dusre kaan se nikal dene ka. why should we listen to their unnecessary comments?
try to ignore these comments. ik its hard but its necessary for you to, you know not get affected by them.

Talk to a friend you trust or sit her down and say what you feel. If she says shes sorry she might even change you personality
