My mind is running like a super fast train… Mai rok nhi paa rahi.
Mai kabhi kabhi samjh nhi paati ki jo bhi kaam mai karti hu …vo apne liye karti hu ya behen ki dekha dekhi me karti hu …for example she is going to gym daily, unka vazan 63-64 hai, age, 30.
I am 50 kgs, age 25…per mai bhi yoga aur do char exercise and meditation karti hu, 3 saal se, because I have suffered with panic attack problem and mereko belly fat hai thoda sa …maine abhi aur ache se Krna shuru kar diya per mera mann baar baar kehra hai …kya mai ye sahi karrai hu???
Why I always compare myself to my sister…I know she is earning, and I am an aspirant inshort berozgaar, aise inhi uljhano me ulajh k thodey preparation hogi focused way me…
Mai kaise insab negativity se bahar niklu, kaise aisa ajeeb feel Krna band kru …mjhey mind peace chaiye…no overthinking!

bas u mentioned abt
competitive exam so felt ki kuch motivation factor milega … Am too preparing only Baki aapki concern i can understand as i am also 2 5 but 8 5k g s and height he 5 8 inch. Still bht motivation chahiye hota he Nd comparison toh hoga .but preparation stage mein apki kitna kam thoughts ye sb mein bane the its good for us to focus on studies …if evrrytime ye sb thoughts aayega toh studies only hampers . So apke liye agar apki career p y a r i he toh comparison maat karo if u can try atleast to make up ur mind. And exercise jitna aapki weight ko dekhke huye kar pati ho karo nd make sure ur mind only concentrate on studies more okay Ye sab hota he . u r normally beautiful and u r awesome

Whatever gym yoga you are doing is very good for you, bss benefits ka socho. Overthinking kyu krna, acchi health har chij m help kregi padhai and everything.

First of all weight loss is 80% dependent on diet so it won’t make much difference whether you are doing yoga or gym. And for 20% if you are burning comparable amount calories than exercise, it’s equal.

In my perspective, yog is better if you are doing it in right way. Because it is proven way to connect higher realms or Param-atman and experiencing this journey is beyond imagination.

If you leave gym your body will come back to previous habit but there’s no come back in yog.

Nope mai gym nhi jaati …mai yoga aur meditation me zyada believe krti hu …Mann krta hai to ghar per he kuch halki phulki exercise kar leti hu. Actually yoga mediation ne meri bahut help ki thi uski vjah se ab mujjey panic attacks nhi atey … otherwise mjhe doctor ne ghar se nikalne se mana kardiya tha …mjhey ek din me 2-3 attack atey they.
