My heart really goes out to men who struggle with mental illnesses. It’s so much more difficult for them to have an outlet for their feelings and what they are struggling with. The serotypes about men having to be tough and strong make it hard for them to be open about their thoughts and feelings. There is a fear of being judged or being seen as weak. Just so that u know, this is a safe space if u ever need to talk about how ur feeling.🌸
