My head is not in the game right now. It’s my final year of high school and I want to do well. I want to get good grades, have a good attendance, but recently I’ve been feeling a bit down. I’ve been postponing homework, skipping sports (I hate sports but even that I don’t skip)… I’m just not feeling like myself.
Anyone may have some advice ? Cuz I have tons of homework that I have been putting off for a week that I need to get done and I don’t want to get in to trouble. Mentally, I need to start working, but my body is not really listening.
I hope it makes sense.

This sounds like your train is over exhausted. Its alright to feel this way but you can’t leave yourself behind or future to be. For example my lil brother in high school neglected football, homework & school In general now he’s living with a 21 yr old girl we know nothing about & lord knows what he’s doing…
My point is, give yourself a breather. Find some lil inspirations in something. With a every lil spark you feel do your homework or study. That’s how I got thru nursing school. I would cry cuz of my exams and all the homework…cuz to be honest…it was HARD & overwhelming but it felt rewarding at the end of every module. It was the best feeling…because you know why…I did that✨…
YOU CAN DO IT TOO💪🏽…don’t down yourself without knowing what YOURSELF CAN DO 😌 you get your mindset right?..YOU CAN REACH ANYTHING ✨

It’s okay to feel like that … give your self some me time it’s totally okay we all feel like that don’t be hard on yourself :) and try doing something you love as a hobbies or just take a good naps it’s totally fine
