My friend invited me to the wedding of her sister but she doesnt live close so I had to take an airplane ticket in order to be there. Now, I am at the wedding and my dress is long and by mistake when I wanted to stand up and someone helped me and because its long I stepped on it by wrong and a part of material broked. I was sad because my dress cost 800$ and I could not dance because of that . I showed this to my friend and she said : dont panic its not visible. But I not blind it broked 4 inches and I really can not dance because I see and for me is visible. And I was at the table and my eyes were in tears only but I did not start to cry and she said : you know what, please stop this right now , my sister told me that you will ruin her wedding today because you are isteric and I told her no, and she added: you have to be happy because she will think that something is wrong and you are envious and you have to dance but try somehow to take the dress in hand or something … but I swear Im sure someone will observe that my dress is broken and even in video it will be visible and I dont want to embarass myself and is ugly like that and I really dont want to dance. She said you have to dance otherwise my sister will say that she knew it that I will ruin her wedding and I should stop the isteria. I did not do isteria I just had tears in eyes and said her that I dont dance now cause I feel ashamed. What do you think about her behavior?what would you do if you were in my situation? Is it normal to talk like that? Thank you.
I think it was your friends sisters wedding you went for such a costly dress nobody does that … and you didn’t keep the one more dress for change if something happens. If you did change your dress if you can’t just sit their
She raised her voice at me and said to dance otherwise her sister was right that I will ruin the wedding and she said to not show that I am sad cause people are there and to stop the isteria( I did not do isteria) I talked with her normally … she is like forcing me to do something because if I dont then I am the bad sheep there and her siter was right that I will ruin the weding
I told her I want to go for 1h to fix the problem with the dress with a thread and needle and ahe said that I have no respect if I go and come back afterw
