I want to stop eating I’m trying so hard to recover but the greed to eat everything around me is not stopping. I want to eat it but then the thought of calories comes to mind, that doesn’t even stop me I eat way more than I can handle during this recovery and the only way to feel okay is to purge. I need help but I just can’t stop. I don’t know how to control myself anymore, to be honest I just want to stop trying but I really need to work hard if I’m planning to stay alive.
