My exams are coming up and i think i am having a panic attack. My head is constantly spinning. I am having difficulty breathing and i am getting this feeling that i am gonna die. Can anyone suggest what to do besides the breathing exercises?
take a good walk in your garden area and breathe listen to music which you like or some goalcast motivational videos
