He sent me a follow request on instagram. I have not accepted it and I do not intend to. As he was a narcissist, it’s been very tricky and difficult to move on but I finally have moved on, I’m trying my best. Please just let me know it’ll be okay, because my urges to check my IG every 2 minutes is driving me crazy.
