My ex boyfriend introduced me to smoking and now I that we are not together. I wait for this time 3:00am to have a smoke. I am afraid I might get habitual as I really look forward to this time everyday and this even disturbs my sleep. Should I be worried or is this normal?

Try to sleep early than normal days. Make a schedule for night

Starting it is easy but quiting it is most difficult as I was a smokers 5-6 yr to but since 7-8 month I haven’t smoked it was hard for me to quite so dont do smoking it kills and yeah it damaged my lungs a lot praying for God to heal me

u should try to stop it now before it gets harder, even if it’s one a day. maybe one every 2 days, then one every 3 and so on. it’s not healthy!! but you still got chances to step away from that
