My conversation or my thoughts or even my words are neglected very much whenever I talk person listening just say stop or stop disturbing, it was not hitting me until lockdown came. This problem made me stop talking now when talk I fumble so much this made my courage as well as my confidence low and I have turned so much shy even struggle to talk which was not an issue for me earlier 😞

I would recommend you to stop communicating to ppl who don’t care and plz don’t let them affect u . Remember this even if there is no one there to listen u can always write it down here or just a piece of paper to vent it out and there is no such issues which can’t be solved it just gonna take some time and u have to be determined and patient enough to keep on resolving ur issues . Take a topic regular write few lines and speak it out loud keep on practicing ur speach unless ur issue get solved n then try to communicate with others abt our views in order to boost ur confidence and to get rid of public speaking phobia if u have any. Everything can be sorted if u want to solve it cause where there is a will there’s a way… So give it a shot u don’t have to share everything with ppl who don’t want to listen to you … But u can still talk abt other things just don’t stop speaking u d fortunate enough that u can speak just utilize this blessings don’t let other opinions to become ur reality. All the best n u can do it…
