My boyfriend broke up with me last week. I have two important exams coming up and I know my entire focus must be on the exams. But whenever I try to study I keep getting distracted and think about the breakup.
I want to stop doing this. I just don’t know what to do.

It’s okay take a one two day break if possible and do things to get your mind off it…maybe buy some food watch movie a little shopping cook something even if you are bad at it …when you will waste time you will automatically feel the study pressure and then study …heheh tried adding a little humor there anyways it will get better you can sort out your priorities first and your main priority should be you yourself only
